Job description:

We are looking for an experienced pharmacist to join our team in the United Kingdom. As a pharmacist, you will be responsible to have extensive knowledge of how drugs interact with one another and the risks in various types of patients. Their main duties include:

• Preparing and checking medication prescribed to the patient

• Identifying potential interactions between drugs and providing information to the patient

• Ordering stock and ensuring that it is kept in appropriate conditions

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all medication processed through the pharmacy

• Offering advice on dosages, side effects and other aspects of drug interaction

• Delivering community healthcare services such as prescription collection and delivery

• Offering screening programmes for common ailments such as diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol.

• Working with the pharmaceutical staff to maintain a clean, customer-friendly workplace.
